Before Unity, there were words.
Stand the F*ck Up is a guided journal. It asks the questions most of us avoid, the ones beneath the noise, the ones that change something when answered honestly.
This book came first because it had to. It’s where Unity was born.
I wrote it while working through my own mess, writing what I needed to hear when I felt stuck, lonely, and unsure how to move forward.
Unity is now becoming wearable.
The clothing is coming, not as fashion, but as a signal. A quiet I see you in passing. A reason to speak. A reminder that none of us are doing this alone.
This is the beginning. A work in progress. Built in public. Built with people.
